Found an error in a review, a number that's out of date, or a license claim that no longer holds. We fix it openly with a visible "updated" date.

WHAT THE BUREAU CAN'T HELP WITH
Issues with a casino itself
Wager Bureau is editorial. We are not an operator, not a payment processor, not a regulator, and not a player advocate. If you have a dispute about a deposit, withdrawal, bonus, account closure, or any other operational matter with one of the six casinos we list, the resolution chain is:
- Operator support first. Open a ticket with the casino's player support. Most issues resolve here.
- Operator complaints escalation second. Every licensed operator has a formal complaints procedure. Request it in writing.
- Independent dispute resolution third. AskGamblers, Casino.guru, and the operator's license-jurisdiction ombudsman handle disputes that the operator hasn't resolved.
- Regulator last. The license authority on the operator's footer (Curaçao GCB, Anjouan, Tobique, Estonia EMTA, MGA) accepts formal complaints from players.
If you contact the bureau with an operational dispute, we will respond with this list and refer you onward. We cannot adjudicate, refund, or intervene with the operator on your behalf. The license authority can.

Submitted messages are forwarded to the bureau's editorial inbox at affiliates@triggermedia.io via a third-party form-relay service. We do not store form submissions on this server, do not pass them to any operator or third party other than the form-relay vendor, and do not use them for marketing. If your message is the basis of an editorial correction, we may quote the relevant portion anonymously in an "updated" note on the corrected page. We will never name you publicly without your explicit permission.
